What it is
DealRinse is opening 5 founding broker seats. A founding seat is a standard Broker subscription at $75 a month instead of $150. The rate stays locked for as long as the subscription stays active.
The terms

Limited to 5. We do not publish a running count.
Rate
$75 a month for life, tied to the subscription.
Commitment
List at least 4 deals within the first 6 months.
If the commitment is not met
The rate reverts to standard Broker pricing, $150 a month, at month 7. Nothing already paid at the founding rate is clawed back.
Access
Broker access itself is granted by DealRinse after license verification, the same as every broker account.
How to claim
Email support@dealrinse.com with your brokerage, your license state, and the listings you intend to bring. We grant the seat and attach the founding rate by hand. There is no self-serve checkout for this rate.
